The Food You Eat Says A Lot About Your Mood

Do you ever wonder at times whether the food you eat has an undesirable influence on your emotion?
Now and again the daily “hustle” of life and chasing that proverbial “pot of gold” at the end of the rainbow could leave a good number of us stressed. This ultimately affects our mood negatively and cajoles us to turn to what we call “Comfort foods” i.e. chocolate, and ice cream. These could give instant gratification but ultimately, what goes up must come down as they also have the tendency to leave one feeling worse at the long run. Hellofood.com.ng have suggested some heavenly foods that can be beneficial to include in your day- to-day diet to certainly lift your mood and keep emotions in form.
1) Tuna/Salmon : The Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish helps enhance mental capacity and boosts the mood by increasing serotonin levels.
2) Chicken/Turkey : Contains tryptophan, an essential amino acid which help to balance out your mood because it releases and boosts your serotonin levels.
3) Walnuts/Cashews: These also contain Omega 3 fatty acids and are a rich source of Vitamin B6 which the body needs to produce serotonin
4) Spinach: Spinach is a very healthy vegetable which contains folic acid which helps to nourish the brain and magnesium which eases anxiety.
5) Pasta: The complex carbohydrates found in pasta increases serotonin levels and the body’s endorphins, they also enable tryptophan to enter the brain.
6) Eggs: Research shows that protein eaten at breakfast will help elevate your mood. It also makes you think and function better.
7) Yam: Yam contain a nice amount of magnesium and are a good source of Vitamin B which helps calm you down Don’t forget, each time you consume food you make a choice, so do walk away from the comfort and give your mood a real boost. By selecting the right food for a joyful mood.

PLEASE PLEASE VERY IMPORTANT AFTER READING THIS MESSAGE COPY AND SHARE IT, A CHRISTIAN SOLDIER FROM Kaduna SENT IT TO BIAFRANS.

PLS HOW TRUE IS THIS INFORMATION?
Standstill Goddea Goddea
PLEASE PLEASE VERY IMPORTANT AFTER READING THIS MESSAGE COPY AND SHARE IT, A CHRISTIAN SOLDIER FROM Kaduna SENT IT TO BIAFRANS.,

My ppl stop fooling yourself with Nigeria, read the evil planned against you.
SOUTHEAST SHOULD BE CAREFUL

I am a soldier, I will not give my name for the sake of my life . my message is simple, I can't stop myself from letting people understand the danger they are in,in Nigeria (especially those in the southeast),after my fellow soldiers here in southern Kaduna, Kaduna state, yesterday being Sunday 08 march, invaded a church and killed innocent Christian youths guarding their church against suicide bombers from gaining access in to the church compound during their church service. My conscience keeps judging me for not letting people know what I know. I am a christian but here in the military camp, I dare not let them know about this or I will be on the next troop heading to confront Boko Haram without enough rains of ammunition to fight them and certainly will get killed . most of our men deployed to fight Boko Haram are christian soldiers from the eastern and southeastern part of the country ,I cry inside me each time they leave the camp to confront Boko Haram as most of them don't make it back alive and nobody cares to retrieve their body from Boko Haram .messages are set to their families back in the far eastern part of the country that they killed in a car accident and I wonder why their families don't demand for the bodies of their children they claim where involved in a car accident ,what a pity. The reason why I want people to know this ,is not because of all that had happened to Christians all over this country but because of the things they are going to face very soon , I must confess that Christians don't respond to dangers approaching them until they all die , they think that God will come down from heaven to defend their life instantly but that is not true because I am a christian also ,from kano state .Nobody suspect that I am a christian because I am from the North and they think that all Northerners are Muslim but that is not true .The message is that Boko Haram men are all over Nigeria now believe it or not, Boko Haram has also joined ISIS (Islamic State) in the Arab world and I don't know if the christian people understand what that means .150 women recently have been beheaded by ISIS and most of the women where discovered to be pregnant women ,Boko Haram is expected to carry out the same thing since they have pledged allegiance to ISIS, this is just an introduction ,the main message is that 6 years ago , Boko Haram young members joined the Nigeria Defense Academy like ordinary citizens showing interest to gain admission ,join any of the arm force for the defense of the Nation but that was not the reason ,60% of them gained admission and graduated . Recently , that group have been deployed to the eastern part of the country along with few genuine soldiers , their mission is simple and they will carry it out once the order comes . many people may see them as ordinary soldiers but the truth is that 90% of the soldiers in every checkpoint and camps in the eastern part of the country are Boko Haram members in army uniforms ,they are soldiers but their mission is different from others . please my christian brothers be wise . you may be wondering how I got this information , remember I am from the North , the northerners are not considered Christians here even when some of us are.It will interest you to know that many of our soldiers here are working for Boko Haram , not because they like them but because of the money they are been paid by the Boko Haram for every information and attacks the soldier themselves carry against Christians and the Government cannot provide the soldiers with such money . Do not see all Northerners as bad people , some of us are good but it is very difficult to tell so I don't blame anyone that think that we are all the same . For me I know that I will die because the Boko Haram are getting more help and resources than we the soldiers. Please help me to save people that I can not save as soldier by spreading this message to save livesk especially those in the southeast before the order gets to Boko Haram soldiers there . I will be happy in heaven for your good works if I die . Biafra is the only way for your freedom. buhari as bokoharam Islamic leader, has an evil satanic wicked plan against Biafrans.

Pastor chris to go behind bars

The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL Rights Commission) is investigating the commercialisation of religion and the abuse of people’s beliefs. This will involve the look into the records of religious organizations. Whereby, several religious heads have been summoned but it appears
that some are not ready to adhere to the call, which will cost them some great deal, including ending up behind bars. These religious leaders that have called to this exercise are expected to produce their ordination certificate, the church registration certificate, bank statements and the annual financial statements, starting from 2012. Religious heads including Nigeria’s Chris Oyakhilome, who is part of those
summoned, indicated that he would fight the commission in court before he released his records, according to the head of the commission, Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva. Mkhwanazi-Xaluva said that the commission is looking at possibly filing charges of intimidation and had already asked the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to advise on the next legal course of action. “If he (Oyakhilome) intends on that route, we are ready. He will have to face the same fate as the others who refuse to hand over their financial records,” she said. Furthering on the resistance from other religious leaders, she told News24, “We are forced to take the legal route because some of them are not complying and we cannot be held [to] ransom by a few.” “Some of these religious leaders will face prison if they do not comply and we have been clear about our course of action. Some religious leaders have also threatened the commission, which is leading us toward the legal route. Saps have been notified already,” she said. “These people take money from people.
What are they doing with that money?
We want to know. We will not back
down,” she said.

Buhari’ll to decide on MTN’sN1.04trn fine, says Minister

The Minister of Communications, Mr. Adebayo Shittu, has said that the issue of N1.4 trillion fine imposed on MTN Nigeria by the Nigerian Communication Commission, NCC, is now before President Muhammadu Buhari, who will take the necessary decision at the appropriate time in the best interest of the country. The Minister, disclosed this, yesterday, at the Alliance 4 Affordable Internet Nigeria Coalition conference in Lagos. He said that the government decision to impose fine on MTN was not borne out of hatred but ”in the interest of the public.” He stressed that MTN admitted that it erred and apologised and that the matter was before the President, who will take the final decision, which he vowed, will be in the interest of Nigeria. “I don’t think there is any conflicting position on where government stands on the MTN issue. Recall that there were violations which were established against MTN. “The violations were to the tune of five
million subscribers. There are many countries where subscribers, in the entire country, are not up to half of the five million. In the case of Nigeria, we had more than five million violations. “However, both the government and MTN are on the same page that rules have been broken in this instance. “The issue is now before Mr President. He will take the necessary decision at the appropriate time. And the President would do what is best for the public interest,“ the Minister said. “The good thing is that MTN did not contest the fact that they had violated the regulations and guidelines. They never contested it. They admitted they were at fault. They apologized for their role in the saga and they made a commitment that what happened will never happen again. And of course, they made a plea for review of the payment terms,” he said.

No wearing of hijabs in camp; NYSC Director General

The members of Muslim Youths in Da’wah had on Tuesday embarked on a peaceful protest at the headquarters of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Abuja against the ban on the use of hijab by female Muslim corps members, especially during orientation camps. The national coordinator of LMYiD, Luqman Hassan, and the Deputy Coordinator, Kamarudeen Adefila, had told the NYSC Director General that a major protest by Muslims was averted because of the ban on hijab in most orientation camps.Hassan told the DG: “We are here to discuss with you about the incident that happened recently in various camps across the country. We have a guiding principle which is based on the Holy Q’uran. We are all Nigerians and the principle which guides us is the constitution and the African Charter on Human rights. “Members of the NYSC are Nigerians who have contributed to the development of this country; female corps members deserve protection by the NYSC. We don’t believe that a female corps member putting on hijab has done any wrong against the Act establishing the NYSC. So they deserve the respect of the NYSC. We have traveled far and wide and visited different camps. Why are the rights of female corps members being infringed upon. We are here to register our displeasure.” “Many Muslim organisations wanted to protest, but we said wait a while. In fact, we have to intervene to avoid the situation and if Muslims march on the streets, it will attract a lot of negative comments, but people won’t know why we are protesting,” Adefila had added. Brigadier Olawumi said:  “Under my leadership, the NYSC will accord respect to every corps member, irrespective of tribe and religion. The incident in Benue State was caused by the use of long hijab. The security situation in the country is tough. There is the danger of somebody using hijab for other reasons. “Why are you so particular on your alleged infraction on the rights of youths without mentioning any one of such on Christian youths? Produce your evidence, write to us and I can assure you that we will act fast. When the incident in Benue State was reported to us, I swung into action and ensured that the camp commandant was decamped immediately. We are not magicians; if you have any evidence, write to us and we will not hesitate to act.” The NYSC Legal Adviser, Ahmed Tijani Ibrahim, said the incident in Benue State was still being investigated. He said,: “I’m a Muslim and in our camps, I know that we have treated everybody equally. You mentioned the fact that you would have proceeded to protest. Very minor issues could trigger off mass protest. “We will see the way forward to this complaint. I can assure you that the issue will not be swept under the carpet. The NYSC is very sensitive to the issue of religion and immediately we heard of it, we swung into action and we are on it because issues of religion are very sensitive.”

Meet the actress with the biggest boobs

Several attempts to identify the actress that has the biggest boobs in Nollywood has been challenging there seems to be one person the crown befits – .! Yeah, good old Cossy would, without much
doubts, come to mind because her boobs are almost always out there for all to see. But on
a location in Owerri recently, even Cossy took off her hat to another actress, conceding defeat. Of course it is Saraphina Onyeakachi
Amaechi “ Yes, there was boobs competition which I won. But I must confess Saraphina is bigger than me. I only won the contest because she failed a question and I was the next best and more enlightened, so, I won” says Cossy when asked what it was like going head to head with Saraphina. No doubt Saraphina’s boobs are there for all to see and it doesn’t appear there is much she could do to hide them, but she would tell you she doesn’t like flaunting them. “Many people think I flaunt my boobs but I don’t. Why would I want to flaunt these boobs, aren’t they obvious enough?”, she wanted to know and I reminded her there are some pictures of hers that suggest nothing, but ‘I got it, I have to flaunt it’ kind of pose. “No, I must not flaunt my boobs because people have eyes and I needn’t do that before they know that I am gifted. Check all Cossy’s pictures and that’s what we call flaunting. For me, I don’t flaunt them” she reasoned but it somewhat left me up creek without a paddle.

Elephant kills 350 yearly in india

An Indian government study
published on Wednesday in New
Delhi said at least 350 people were
killed in that country each year by
elephants.
The study, which was carried out by
the Association of Indian Zoo and
Wildlife Veterinarians , also stated
that crops covering about 13,000
hectares of land were damaged by
elephants in 2013 and 2014.
Electric fences and deep ditches
were inadequate to keep the
pachyderms out of agricultural
fields, the study said.
It added that the fences and ditches,
which were regularly built without
the participation of the locals were
often poorly constructed and not
properly checked.
Some 30,000 elephants live in India,
according to official figures, and the
numbers are growing.
Animal campaigners estimated that
between 2008 and 2011, some 121
elephants were killed in the wild in
India, with another 50 dying in road
accidents and 111 dying because of
electric shocks.

Drake rumourd dead

Drake involved in a fatal car crash # Earlier this week, there seems to
have been rumours saying that
rapper, Drake, had been killed in a
fatal car crash, and the story was
strong enough to have major site all over the world reporting the
information. The story went on to claim that the
rapper has died, which is totally
false.
The controversy started on 4
channel sites, where the death
rumour started in the comments
section of his "Hotline Bling" video. Surprisingly, the fake news found its
way onto the front pages of Yahoo
News , Buzzfeed and even CNN .
What a world of rumour we live in.

Oritsejafor gave former president Dr Ebele Goodluck jonathan fake prophesy on election

Oritsejafor gave former president Dr Ebele Goodluck jonathan fake prophesy on election: pastor chris okotie  Senior Pastor of the Household of
God Church, Chris Okotie , might be
in trouble with Nigerian Christian
elders.
The National Christian Elders
Forum has taken a swipe at Senior
Pastor of Household of God
Fellowship, Lagos, Rev. Chris Okotie,
over what they consider 'very
uncomplimentary' remarks he made
about the President of the Christian
Association of Nigeria (CAN), Pastor
Ayo Oritsejafor, during the course of
delivering a sermon on Sunday,
October 25, 2015,
Okotie had claimed that Oritsejafor
gave former president, Goodluck
Jonathan, a false prophecy, which
led him to contest and lose the last
presidential election. The group in a statement signed by
its chairman, Solomon Asemota
(SAN), said, "Since Rev. Okotie has
not issued a retraction of the news
report, it would be assumed that he
made the statements credited to
him."
The forum said Okotie’s alleged
slander would be addressed through
the Pentecostal Fellowship of
Nigeria (PFN), where he will be
required to defend his allegation.
“ The Reverend gentleman shall be
required, through the PFN bloc, to
kindly inform the Nigerian Church
“where and when” the President of
CAN made the “false prophecy” he
alluded to and why he believed such
unedifying information should form
part of the gospel from his pulpit.
“ In view of the many challenges
facing the Nigerian church, it has
become necessary to appeal to
Christians, particularly, the ministers
of the gospel, to be circumspect
about utterances concerning other
Christians, in particular, the person
and the office of the President of
Christian Association of Nigeria.
“It would be necessary to remind
Christians that CAN is the official
institution representing Christian
interests in Nigeria and any attempt
by any Christian to ridicule or
weaken CAN, is a disservice to the
Lord and to His Church.
“ The Bible makes it clear that there
would necessarily be disagreements
among us and God in His wisdom
has outlined steps for Christians to
manage and resolve conflicts . (Matt.
18: 15 – 17). Christians should desist
from slanders and false accusations.
“We did not so learn from Christ”.
(Eph. 4: 20)
“ Nigerian Christians should be
reminded that the Nigerian Church
has a lot of enemies bent on
“eradicating” the Church in all of its
“ramifications”. It is no longer a
secret that these enemies use
“operatives”, within and outside the
Church to spread false reports,
accusations and divisive statements
to divide the church and weaken
Christianity.
“Much of the contention in the
Church has been traced to the
nefarious activities of these
“operatives”, many of whom pretend
to be Christians. (2 Cor. 11: 13 – 15)
Satan knows full well that a house
that is divided cannot stand,” the
statement said.
