Earlier, the 56-year-old-petitioner, Durojaiye, alleged that his wife was always threatening his life through beating and that he was afraid she might kill him one day.

“I had to run away from my 22-flat building to rent an apartment elsewhere just to avoid her frequent beatings, but she trailed me to my new apartment to fight me.

“I had reported her in the past to different police stations, but it did not yield any positive result,” he said.

Durojaiye, a pensioner, also alleged that his wife poured hot water on the new wife his family married for him from the village.

“Please, separate us before my wife kills me, my life is not safe with her, I am a pensioner, I need to enjoy the fruits of my labour,” he said.

However, the wife, Mrs Adenike Rodoye, denied all the allegations levelled against her by her husband. She alleged that her husband was a womaniser.

“My husband runs after anything in skirt; he always sends me packing from the house whenever he wants to bring in another woman. He once sent me out with the children for three years.

“After sending me out, he had married six different women, but none stayed long with him. He was always begging me return to my matrimonial home later,” she said.

The mother of five said she never raped her husband, adding that it was normal for husband and wife to make love.

Adenike said that her husband removed the plasma television set, the air conditioner and disconnected the electricity supply from her flat, leaving her and the children in the dark.

She said that Durojaiye also fought with her pastor on several occasions and even arrested him with police.

Adenike said that the development led the church’s leadership to ban her from worshipping there.

A 44-year-old man from Ini Local government area of Akwa Ibom state who has been allegedly defiling his daughter has revealed that he sees nothing wrong with having carnal knowledge with his biological daughter.

According to the Emmanuel Udoh who was arrested after defiling his daughter in their residence, at 2 Ajasa Command Road, Meiran, Lagos state,

“I have had sexual intercourse with her severally. It is a normal thing and I don’t see anything bad in sleeping with my daughter because I know she will not get pregnant because I don’t ejaculate inside her”.

It was gathered that Udoh ex-wife took custody of their two children after they separated seven years ago when the victim was ten years old.

The victim who lived with her mother reunited with her father when her mother brought her back after she completed her secondary education in the month of September to enable her further her education.

Trouble, however, started, in the evening, on September 13, when Udoh asked his daughter to go and have her bath.

The victim why initially refused went to take her bath after her father insisted.

While I was inside the bathroom I called out for help but neighbours could not hear me because I was weak. It was my father that helped me out of the bathroom and took me inside. When I got inside he gave me Garri to drink and before I knew what was happening. He removed my wrapper and had sex with me. I don’t know if he drugged the water as I became very weak

Prophet T.B Joshua’s Daughter Reveals Shocking Secrets About Her Dad

Sarah Joshua, daughter of the Head Pastor of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, recently granted an interview with Encomium Magazine where she revealed some unknown facts about her popular dad.

Sarah, who was called to bar in Abuja,  was also listed among those who will be called to bar in New York in January, 2016.

Speaking with the magazine about her latest feat, Sarah said: “I am grateful to God, my family and friends who have been of help to me. I am humbled and privileged to have succeeded. Thus, I am very happy.”

 

When asked about how she feels about being the first daughter of Prophet T.B Joshua, she answered: “I am privileged and fortunate to be the daughter of such a humble and great man of God called TB Joshua. He is someone I look up to because my father is a man of God and he has been able to guide me every time I need him.

 

“I am too happy, so humble to be his daughter. He has been a good guide.Thus I can’t afford to disappoint him and God because to whom much is given, much is expected. And I love him.”

Revealing more details about her father, Sarah said: “He is a true example of humility. I have seen so many attributes in him that is worthy to emulate.”

“He is the best father everybody can pray to have. I am not just saying that because he is my father but because it’s the truth. Also, it’s not what I think about him or what people think about him that count but what God says about him.”

Some people do not understand him. They even have wrong impression about him, what’s your take on that? She quizzed.

“That’s why I said he is a true man of God and it’s not what people say that count but what God says. Everybody has the right to air his opinion but God’s opinion counts most.”

Speaking on her success and her father’s reaction to that, she said: “He was very happy and proud of me. I am always happy whenever he is proud of me. He has given me so much and I feel I have a lot to offer and can’t disappoint him.”

Police IG to IPOB: ‘If you carry arms, you’ll be dealt with’

Solomon Arase has warned pro-Biafra
agitators to either reconsider their stance on bearing of arms or face the consequences of extant laws concerning firearms. This is following media reports that members of the Independent Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), threatened to carry arms in self defence against the military.
Arase said on Thursday, that anybody who dares security agencies in the discharge of their constitutional responsibilities will face dire consequences.
A statement signed by the Force Public
Relations Officer, Olabisi Kolawole, reads in part: “The IPOB members are to follow
appropriate avenues in ventilating their
grievances as anybody who steps out of
bounds will be decisively dealt with.”
“The attention of the Nigeria Police Force has been drawn to a publication credited to the Indigenous People of Biafra ‘to carry guns in self defence’. The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Solomon E. Arase, has sternly warned members of the IPOB to reconsider their stand or face the wrath of the extant
laws on bearing of firearms.”
“Members of the group should therefore note that it is an offence punishable under the criminal Law of the Federation of Nigeria for a person to have in his possession or under
his control any prohibited firearms without licence or permit.”
“The IPOB are advised to be guided in respect of the above as the Police Force is poised to uphold the existing restriction over the use of firearms. Meanwhile, all Zonal AIGs and State Commands CPs have been directed to strictly enforce the laws against the use of illegal firearms across the length and breadth of the country.”
“The Inspector-General of Police has assured that the Nigeria Police Force, complemented by other security agencies in the country, will tirelessly and assiduously work towards
eliminating any threat to internal security
and social disorder. He has reassured
Nigerians of his commitment to their safety and security.”
