This is a "Nepaless Iron" or "Iron Rhino" invented by a US-based Nigerian engineer, Ayokunle Adeniran. It is a gas-powered portable and easy-to-use pressing iron.
It took Ayokunle about two years to complete the first prototype during which he filed for the patent which took about 4 years to complete.
